Seger Family in South San Jose

This is my second time photographing the Seger Family, and I feel so blessed to be able to do their family photos again this year! They have become dear friends of mine, and I'm super lucky to be able to say that! 

Melissa saw Rachael & Sebastion's engagement session and she immediately messaged me and asked if they could do their family photos under that oak tree. Of course I was so excited! Someone else was willing to make the trek up that hill?? YES!!! The oak tree was a little more bare this time of year, but the sky was absolutely stunning, and Melissa, Rob, Lydia & Ellie were all amazing.

Salsamendi Family - An Adventurous Session!

Chrissie shared with me that previous photo shoots have been stressful and that the kids didn't really want anything to do with getting their picture taken. So she decided that she wanted to approach this session with a different idea. She packed a wagon full of toys and dress up clothes, and let Cora & Zac just go town having fun! It was seriously a blast to watch them play & run around.

Somewhere between story time and monkey in the middle, Chrissie asked me if I'd be willing to hop on Light Rail for some more pictures. Cora & Zac were almost as excited as I was with that question!

Happy Birthday, Adam!

I met Adam when he was just three months old, and lucky me, I've watched him grow into the handsome, happy, & sweet one year old that he is today!

We took his one year portraits at a beautiful park in San Mateo where the grass was, and roses almost as sweet as he was.

Steyn Family Maternity Session at Stanford University

Us Californians are so lucky! We hardly ever have to worry about weather conditions, and we usually get to enjoy the sunshine year round. So when Sheena booked her family maternity session with me in March, I didn't think twice! Rain? That would never happen on the day of the session!

So when the session date crept closer, and it pretty much felt like San Jose was going to float away, we got a little wary... Luckily, we found a gorgeous  rainy day setting at Stanford University. Even though it poured on the drive up, the skies let up for the entire session and it was a beautiful afternoon! 

Thank you so much, Steyn Family for another fun session! I can't wait to meet baby number 3 in just a few weeks!!

Robson Family

When Diane and I met up over coffee to discuss her family photos, I knew they were going to be a fun group to photograph by the way she described everyone. However, I didn't know that I'd pretty much leave the session wanting to be adopted into their hilarious and fun loving family!

Rodriguez Family - Fall Family Photos

Mike & Elizabeth have been such an important part of how I got to where I am in my business. It wasn't long after I "opened up shop" that Elizabeth contacted me to do her maternity photos, which still to this day are some of my favorite photos ever! Shortly after, she contacted me again to do newborn portraits of their sweet, brand new baby girl Mia. And on Sunday, I got to do their family portraits!  I feel so honored having repeat clients who are so fun to work with!
