San Jose Studio Photographer

I purchased some new seamless paper for my studio and it came in today! So very excited for some upcoming studio sessions that I have scheduled for this month! I thought I'd take a quick studio pullback of my set up. Of course, my model was so patient and willing.
PS, don't mind the box of toys in the background! ;)

Studio sessions with Laura Pope Photography are available for newborn and for small children. Studio sessions take place in my home, or can be taken to your home if you prefer! Please contact me if you'd like details!

Pope Family - My own family photos

As I'm gearing up for a very busy September, and an even busier October, I took the couple days of down time to do my own family photos! I love taking my family photos. It's a good excuse to get done up, and find somewhere new to go! We found a STUNNING location in South San Jose, and I think that I'll be doing my fall mini sessions here! Speaking of, I should be releasing some information on Facebook this week about Fall Mini Sessions! Make sure that you have my Facbeook page "Liked" so that you can get the most up to date information on sessions!

Aaron & Hilary - Blackberry Farm, Cupertino Wedding

If you have ever browsed Pinterest and loved it, then you would have wanted to be invited to Aaron & Hilary's wedding at Blackberry Farm in Cupertino, Ca. It was mason jar heaven. It was DIY perfection. It was a gorgeous day celebrated by friends and family who were happy to witness Aaron, Hilary, & Madelyn become a family.

On a side note, if you are wedding planning, I highly suggest hosting a hoola hoop contest. Just sayin'!

These two love birds said their "I do's" under enchanting oak trees with dangling paper lanterns above them. Their guests were invited to sip on champagne, craft beer, lemonade, & play card games at their tables while enjoying a special meal - hot off the grill.

I could gush about this wedding forever, but I'll let the pictures tell the story instead!

Congratulations to the three of you!

Nate & Tina - Eagle Ridge Golf Course, Gilroy

I met Nate & Tina in December of last year when I took their engagement pictures, and I instantly fell in love with them! These two are so much fun that I find myself trying not to laugh from behind the lens. Tina's ability to turn anything into a great time is a photographers dream come true.

Their wedding at Eagle Ridge Golf Course in Gilroy was filled with friends and family who came to celebrate their love & share their happiness.  Congratulations, Nate & Tina, and best of luck on your new adventures together!
